Rita Refund Policy
At Rita, we strive to deliver stable and high-quality subscription services. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or experience service-related issues, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing to ensure full understanding and acceptance of the terms.
Scope of Application
This refund policy applies to all subscription plans purchased via the Rita official website, including:
Free Plan: Permanently available, non-refundable.
Pro Plan: Monthly subscription including basic quota, with priority access during peak hours and 24/7 customer support.
Mega Plan: Monthly subscription with significantly increased quota, offering top priority access during peak hours and additional premium features.
Eligible Refund Situations
We will accept refund requests under the following reasonable circumstances:
1. Refund Within 24 Hours of Purchase: If you apply for a refund within 24 hours of completing your purchase, we will process the refund upon verification. However, transaction fees incurred through the payment channel will be deducted from the refunded amount.
2. Duplicate Payment: If you have made multiple payments for the same service within a short time frame, we will refund the duplicated amount after verification.
3. Service Not Delivered: If you successfully complete payment but do not receive access to your subscription or related account rights within the expected time, you may request a refund.
4. Severe Technical Issues: If the service becomes unusable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to platform-related technical failures (excluding user-side device/network issues), you may apply for a refund. Detailed issue descriptions and supporting evidence such as screenshots or videos are required for verification.
5. Accidental Subscription Upgrade: If you accidentally upgrade from a Pro plan to a Mega plan within the same billing cycle and request a refund within 24 hours, we may refund the price difference upon confirmation. Your original Pro plan will remain active.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
Requests made after the 24-hour grace period without qualifying service issues;
Orders that have not been paid for;
Inaccessibility caused by user error, such as device incompatibility, account suspension, or policy violations;
Free or promotional usage periods and bonus access are non-refundable;
Services marked as non-refundable or "subject to availability" in the product description;
Any reason not explicitly listed under “Eligible Refund Situations.”
Refund Amount and Calculation
Each refund request is subject to transaction fees and service charges. The final refund amount will be calculated as follows:
Refund Amount = Paid Amount – Payment Processing Fee – Service Fee
For certain services, the refund will be calculated using the lesser of the following two methods:
1.Days used / Total subscription period × Paid amount;
2.Usage count / Total usage quota × Paid amount;
Promotional access and bonus time are not eligible for refund calculation;
Final refund decisions are subject to platform verification and discretion.
Refund Process
1.Please log in to your account, click on your profile icon at the top right of the main page, and then select the “Refund” button in the dropdown menu to request a refund.
2. Alternatively, submit your refund request via email to [email protected], including your order number and reason for the request;
We will review your request within 2 business days;
If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days via the original payment method;
If denied, we will notify you by email along with the reason and available alternatives.
Post-Refund Impact
Once a refund is processed, all associated subscription benefits will be immediately revoked;
If a user is found abusing the refund policy, Rita reserves the right to suspend their account or restrict further purchases.
Force Majeure & Platform Responsibility
If Rita is unable to fulfill an active order due to force majeure events (including but not limited to legal or regulatory changes, subscription provider adjustments, or termination of services), we are obligated to provide one of the following solutions:
Refund (to the original payment method);
Convert the order to another available service.
Final Interpretation
All refund requests are subject to independent review by Rita's support team. Rita reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund request.
