Removal Procedure

Notify the user or content owner responsible for posting the material;
Take reasonable steps to inform them of the removal and their options for response.
If the notice is incomplete but identifies allegedly infringing material, we may contact you to help correct the deficiencies in order to proceed.
Content Review Request (Counter-Notice Procedure)
If you are the uploader or content owner and believe that material has been removed or disabled in error, you may request a review by submitting a written response to [email protected]

Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled;
An explanation as to why you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification;
Your full contact details;
A declaration that you believe in good faith the material was wrongly removed.
Please note: Rita reserves the right to determine whether or not to restore access, based on the facts presented. There is no automatic reinstatement.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Rita maintains a strict repeat infringer policy, which may include account suspension or termination after a reasonable number of valid infringement notices (e.g., three or more) within a defined period, subject to applicable law.
